In-Stock Items
We have 1 location in Illinois, all products listed in stock on this website are stocked at this location. The amount in stock listed on the website is synced with our physical location. Occasionally we have inventory discrepancies but the stock amount is usually correct.
Please contact us at sales@jensenequip.com if you wish to order additional items beyond our current stock. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee exact delivery date for special orders nor can we always guarantee the exact same price for special orders. Special orders often times are not eligible for return.
Shipping Services Offered
Please enter addresses correctly and legibly. We are not responsible for losses incurred due to the customer entering addresses incorrectly.
If you wish to ship to a PO Box, You must use a US Mail service, no exceptions.
Orders placed by 11:00 AM typically ship the same business day. However we cannot guarantee that every single order will ship same day.
We offer UPS, US Mail, and Spee-Dee Delivery for domestic shipping services. For expedited options we offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. We are not liable for courier related mistakes if UPS does not deliver packages on time. If you order Next Day Air on a Friday before 11 AM, we will attempt to schedule the shipment for Saturday delivery, however, this service is not available in all locations.
We offer UPS and US Mail for international shipping services. Many of these shipments may be subject to import costs and tariffs depending on the receiving country. We are not responsible for any losses due to failure to pay import costs.
We also offer LTL palletized shipping for various large orders and large items. Please be aware that our website may not be able to calculate exact cost for these types of shipments and may require a shipping quote. Please check your email for shipping quote information. Most palletized shipments will cost at least $150 when shipped to a business district. Palletized shipments delivered to farms and remote areas often cost at least $300 or more.
We do not offer shipping on items that require flatbed shipping services. This includes large liquid tanks and large equipment. The buyer shall be responsible for arranging shipping or pickup.
We also offer a pickup option should the buyer wish to pick up the item or schedule their own shipping pickup.
We do not offer “free” shipping
Shipping Damages and Item Shortage Claims
We try to package items to avoid damages in shipping transit, however we are aware that incidents happen where items get broken. We also try to ensure that the correct items and quantities are shipped to the correct buyer, however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please report any and all shipping damages, item shortages, or incorrect items received immediately upon receipt. We will not grant any claims for damages, shortages, or incorrect items after 30 days past the date of receipt.
Sales Tax
We currently collect sales tax for the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Michigan. If you reside in these states, you must submit a sales tax exemption certificate to receive exemption.
To submit an exemption certificate, you can do this in the checkout section when placing your order. This will require creating an online account with us.
We are not responsible for refunding sales tax if the buyer fails to upload an exemption at the time of purchase.
Returns
Any and all returns paid with a credit card or paypal are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Returns after 90 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns after 1 year will not be accepted.
Return must be in new and unused condition, and must be clean in order for us to resell. Items that require additional cleaning may be subject to higher restocking fees. Used items will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@jensenequip.com. The buyer is responsible for creating return labels and shipping the items back, please use proper packaging for the returned items. Items broken during return shipment due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
We will not accept cut hose or special ordered items for return. Items containing an expiration date may be subject to higher restocking fees if held for a long period of time.
Pricing
Product pricing is primarily based on a percentage of the manufacturer’s list price, with a few exceptions. Prices are subject to change as manufacturers change prices and changes in market volatility.
Warranties
Spray Parts Warehouse / Jensen Equipment Co. does not offer any in-house warranties. We only offer the manufacturer’s specific warranty policy. The manufacturer will be responsible for handling the warranty claim. This often requires sending the product in question to the manufacturer for inspection. Some items are repaired and then sent back to the customer, some items are replaced with a new item. We do not have any control over how the manufacturer handles the warranty claim.
Limited Liability
Spray Parts Warehouse is not liable for losses incurred due to defective products, courier service mistakes, incorrect advice (we are not a consulting agency), lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or losses due to failure to pay import duties or tariffs.
